At Biskets Pantry, we strive to streamline the shipping process for our customers. We're dedicated to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of your purchases. Please be aware that we ship exclusively within the contiguous 48 states of the USA.
Once your payment is confirmed, our suppliers typically dispatch products within 2-4 business days. You can expect your items to arrive within 5-8 business days from the date of your order.
It's important to highlight that Biskets Pantry does not ship to PO Boxes. Orders with a PO Box as the shipping address might be declined or canceled to remain consistent with our suppliers' shipping guidelines. Some products in our collection have restrictions against being shipped to PO Boxes.
For a closer look at your orders and their respective shipping details, navigate to your Biskets Pantry Order Manager. Within this section, when you select an order, the shipping details will be displayed under “Delivery Info”.
If an order addressed to a PO Box is processed inadvertently, please note that such orders may be subject to cancellation. If you mistakenly use a PO Box address, kindly contact us to provide an alternate shipping address.

Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we will ensure the items are delivered within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
